At the end of 2023, Ish Festival in Cincinnati, Ohio invited me and Dana Cohen for an artist residency. In collaboration, we created an installation using the outcomes of community events we organized around cyanotype workshops on recycled clothing. The workshops were driven by the question: “Something I want to say to my mother.”

At the end of the month, we sewed the fabric pieces into a womb-like sculpture, about 2 meters high and 5 meters wide. The work was shown in the group exhibition “Womanhood Essence, Feminine Divine” at the Skirball Museum, Cincinnati, Ohio, USA.
